Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

The purpose of this role is to provide direct support to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and frontline support for team members

Essential Functions

Build and maintain successful relationships and partnerships within the organizationMaintain day-to-day tactical support for HRBP to include entering pay-changes, processing terminations and acting as front-line response for team member inquiries, directing to appropriate area within HR as neededSupport HRBP in executing HR centers of excellence (COE) program delivery to the organization, to include well-being, merit and bonus, talent review/succession planning, and policy revisionsReview and analyze HR analytics and metrics to effectively inform HRBP of areas of concern, in order to mitigate risk and improve cultureReview, track and take action on data associated with key COEs to include performance reviews, quarterly check-ins and merit/bonus planning and compliance completionSupport organization leaders in the creation of  job descriptionsAnticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriatelyManage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientationModel behaviors that support organization’s common purposeOther duties as assigned

QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred3 years of Human Resources experienceExperience in a large organization preferred
