Associate Manager, Learning

The Associate Manager, Global Learning & Development is accountable for implementing our world-class learning and development opportunities for KFC corporate employees around the world. This person will be an integral part of Yum’s Learning Center of Excellence. A person in this role will interact with HR leaders, ensure an unparalleled employee experience, build sound brand relationships, partner with brand peers, and ensure we are developing unrivaled talent and culture. The Associate Manager, Global Learning & Development will report to the Senior Manager, Global Learning and Development.  This role is in Plano, TX working in a hybrid environment coming onsite up to 3 days per week. 

 

Salary Range: $­­94,000 to $110,000 annually + target bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

 

Responsibilities:

Key action driver between Learning Center of Excellence and brand partners to ensure executional excellence in delivering a suite of learning and development programs to brand above restaurant employees globally. Well versed in technology to flawlessly run in-person or virtual learning sessions (through Microsoft Teams, etc.), drive efficiencies where possible, and learn about and consider where to adopt additional technology solutions to enhance the learning experience and delivery. Deeply understands and gains insights from brand strategies and employee demographics to ensure the delivered learning is tailored to geographic needs, addresses development needs and is a seamless, impactful experience for employees and leaders around the world.

Minimum Requirements:

BA or BS in Learning, Organizational Development, or related field  Minimum 5 years’ experience executing learning programs; preferably for a large, global company Candidate will be required to commute to Plano, Texas as needed (up to 3 days a week) Experience with Microsoft Teams, Learning Management Systems and HRIS systems; ideally will have experience with Oracle and Learning Pool Proven project management skills

Employment eligibility to work with Yum! in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
