In addition, this candidate will assist in the resolution of issues associated with real estate transactions, company assets, and other matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Manage approved, external environmental consultants in connection with environmental due diligence assessments, with coordination and involvement of Corporate and Region Environmental Departments and Corporate counsel

·Review and evaluate environmental and technical reports prepared during company due diligence activities, identify potential issues and assist in the resolution of issues associated with real estate transactions, company assets, and other matters

·Provide guidance to company personnel regarding environmental compliance

·Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

·Manage corrective actions with federal, state, and local agencies as needed

·Ability to travel overnight

·Regular and reliable attendance

·Additional duties as assigned
