Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our automation team to set and maintain high standards.

- Customize automation systems to support unique production requirements.

- Lead system testing and commissioning, ensuring quality and efficiency.

- Coordinate with subcontractors to integrate and test control systems.

- Conduct end-user training sessions to maximize system utilization.

- Identify and implement emerging technologies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of industrial automation programming experience.

- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering preferred.

- Proficiency in chemical dosing automation for consistent outcomes.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.

- Experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, and SCADA systems.

- Expertise in motor controls, VFDs, and process field instrumentation.

- Strong documentation skills with a focus on project leadership.

- Project management experience is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
