Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail oriented and have a passion for customer satisfaction. Use your high energy in this fast-paced environment where we offer flexible work schedules and an opportunity for growth! Bilingual experience a plus (Spanish). This is a full time benefits eligible opportunity. Prior automotive sales a plus! Must have a valid driver's license, be 21 years old and insurable by our carrier. This is a strong commission based opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Customer focused-determine their needs and discuss vehicle optionsTake customers on a test drive and demonstrate automotive features (must have a valid driver’s license)Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales!Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperworkEffectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to track customer interactions and follow up effortsPrepare sold vehicles for customers prior to customer arrivalPerform the delivery presentation- ensuring the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
