TITLE: AVP, Developer
LOCATION: New York, NY (A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with company policies.)
DUTIES: Oversee design and implementation of applications through code reviews, architecture reviews, testing strategies, and continuous integration and deployment processes. Manage SDLC and CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps. Advise and support usage of Core Tools used throughout the firm by other development teams. Work with support team to investigate and resolve production incidents. Participate in the design, planning and execution of enterprise software. Design and develop web-based solutions for the Core Application Services Team. Assist with migrating on-premise applications to OpenShift containers. Transition applications to serverless and event-driven utilizing container technologies. Utilize Azure Cognitive Services for AI-related use cases.
REQTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered, as a Software Developer, or a related position. Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following: Developing production-level code in C#; Developing ASP.Net web applications; Working with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Developing Single Page Applications including JavaScript code; Using Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD; Using Azure services/APIs; Working with SQL Server and Snowflake databases; Microservice design patterns and Web API development; and Leading technical design and work management.
HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)
SALARY: $123,656 - $135,000 per year

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $123,656-$135,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
