Burrell Behavioral Health has several direct care career opportunities for entry to mid-level professionals with a bachelor's degree in a related field! We are seeking candidates who are passionate about behavioral health and wellness, who are ready and willing to serve our community in Columbia, MO! These unique roles will allow staff to gain valuable experience working as an essential healthcare worker building supportive relationships with our adult clients by empowering them to actively participate in mental health treatment. Candidate Qualifications: + A bachelor's degree in in psychology, social work or a related human services field of study; or + A bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with two years of related work experience; or + A combination of four (4) years or more of advanced education and two (2) years of related work experience Required Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication Demonstrated ability to problem solve and follow instructions Premier attention to detail when preparing and writing reports Proficient in using computers including the ability to learn new software programs Where you'll be working: These roles are located in Columbia, MO and service clients across our central region!
