Responsibilities

Shifts needed can vary weekly based on events. Availability to work Mothers Day and Easter is a requirement for the role based on business needs.

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event guestsInteract with customers, take orders and serve food and drinksAssess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulations Qualifications T.I.P.S. certificateAt least 2 years experience as a bartenderKnowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

The hiring range for this position is $7.60-$9.50 per hour + tips. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive plan, career development opportunities, free meals, and Sheraton/Marriott employee discount at participating hotels.
