Maxim Healthcare Services (Pinole) is hiring for a Behavioral Aide to work one-on-one with children with Autism. In this role, you will implementing tailored lesson plans and facilitate activities within a home care environment.

Responsibilities:

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviorsDocument child progress and milestonesFollow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children with special needsStrong communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageCompletion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.*Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
