Benefits Coordinator

As a Benefits Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our employees have access to comprehensive benefits programs. Your responsibilities will include managing various aspects of employee benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, and other fringe benefits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.Coordinate with insurance providers and benefits vendors to ensure seamless enrollment processes and resolve employee inquiries.Maintain accurate records of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to benefits administration.Assist with preparing and distributing communications materials related to benefits programs.Ensure accurate deductions and contributions related to employee benefits.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role.Strong understanding of employee benefits programs.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.  Workday experience is preferred.

Location:

Position is based in Scottsdale, AZ 85255.Work is primarily in an office setting with some flexibility to work remote occasionally.
