As a Bilingual Family Support Counselor (Spanish/English), you will provide culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and family-centered services and planning that supports a client and their family to achieve their care plan goals. The Family Support Counselor will work with clients in both the Wraparound and Placement programs:

As part of the Wraparound services: The Bilingual Family Support Counselor works with a team comprised of Facilitators, Clinicians, and Family Partners to coordinate services and plans for youth and families who are referred for Wraparound through social services, probation, post-adoption services or the San Jose Unified School District.
