CTD (Clinical Trials Division) partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time – a concept that we internally accept as “There is a Patient Waiting.” Our unique blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, bio-repository storage and much more. You would be a part of government CPFF billing team within Fisher Bioservices business unit of CTD.

A Day in the Life:Generate CPFF and T&M invoices on various government contracts in accordance with contract requirements and termsReconcile billable costs to the P&LWork with Project Directors to ensure accuracy of the billingsSubmit invoices to customers via various government billing systemsAddress customer complaints and questions.Assist collections team with cash applications on government customer accountsPerform project close-outsEnsure adequate controls during developing invoicingDevelop key operating metrics

Keys to Success:

EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferredExperienceBachelors Degree with 3+ year of related experience, Associates Degree with 5+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years of related experience. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesKnowledge and Experience with MS Office Suite, including ExcelExperience with government CPFF BillingStrong communication skillsPhysical Requirements / Work Environment

The position is administrative, is positioned in an office environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, walking, and talking as well as exerting up to 20lbs of force occasionally.
