Responsibilities

This position is responsible to coordinate billing and clerical information between CalAmp and end-customer functions to support Global billings for all CalAmp markets.

 

Responsibility Specifics:

Contract, monthly subscription, shipment, billings (including international billings)Ad hoc/miscellaneous billing as requiredDaily contact with customers and other departments to resolve issues in all billing processesEmail/phone calls to support billing customer serviceNew billing service add-onsBilling disconnectsPortal invoice submissionInvoice and billing backup creation and deliveryProcessing credit memosAssist in revenue recognition reporting and projectsAssist in external and internal audit supportOther ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Must Haves

The ability to pay close attention to detail, organize and schedule work effectively, work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks while solving problems.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Must be a proactive team playerA resourceful and professional individual willing to work flexible hours, including overtime if and when necessary2+ years of experience related to billings, invoicing, customer service, accounts receivable and general accounting; public company experience is a plusAssociate's degree in Accounting, Business or related fieldsExcellent verbal/written interpersonal and customer service communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize deadlines and deliver assignments on time

Experience with Billing or CRM software (Salesforce and Oracle, etc.)Experience Accounting/FinanceExperience with Contract legal interpretationTechnical Skills: Data mining, data management, process documentation, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and process architecture system basicsMultilingual in English/SpanishExcellent project management and organization skillsInspiring, motivating, positive attitudeResults drivenAbility to work under pressureOutgoing and ability to work with others at varying levels within the organization and in different countries
