Job Description:             

The Associate will join BXCI’s Product Specialist team and will support the ongoing fundraising, marketing and client relations efforts for the business. The Product Specialist team is responsible for product development and the execution of all investor communications for Blackstone’s credit and insurance strategies. The Associate will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skillsets and will spend significant time with members of BXCI across the U.S., Europe and Asia, including the investment, sales, portfolio management, legal & compliance, and finance & operations teams.

The main areas of responsibility include:

New Product Launches: Assist with the planning and implementation of business development and structuring initiatives for new funds, separately managed accounts, and co-investmentsMarketing Materials & Investor Communications: Work collaboratively with business leaders and various teams within BXCI to drive content creation and create and maintain presentation materials and other investor communications (e.g., webinars, video content, Private Placement Memoranda, investor conference, other investor memoranda)Investor Due Diligence: Respond to investor queries and complete due diligence questionnairesCompetitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential product enhancementsInvestor Closing Process: Assist during investor closing process, working collaboratively with leadership and partner teams on project management associated with legal documentationSupport Fundraising Team and Senior Leadership: Assist with the production of talking points, fundraising projections, and strategic projectsProduct Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our credit investment products, including their investment objectives and performance characteristics

Qualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:

$140,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
