Boutique Studio Fitness Manager

POSITION:

We are seeking a CONFIDENT and ENERGETIC Studio Manager (with a background in sales, service and management) to join our Club Pilates Lexington, KY family!

The ideal candidate will be POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC, and have a PASSION for supporting our team and community by helping others to live their best lives through health and fitness. The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Lead Instructors and Member Support Specialists/Front Desk Sales Associates will report directly to the Studio Manager. Studio Manager will report directly to the Owner.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience (including management experience)Confident in generating personal sales and training Member Support Specialists/Front Desk Associates in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with Leadership TeamAbility to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.Ability to be proactive and think strategicallyAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multi-taskTrustworthy with the ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and studio software (microsoft office)

DUTIES:

Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and NetworkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory classDrive Membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsManage staff schedule and class scheduleDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise & Coach Member Support Specialists/Front Desk Sale AssociatesManage Lead Instructor or instructors at the studioProficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Review instructor evaluations with Leadership TeamIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect outstanding duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studioEnforce Club Pilates policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioDrive awareness and engagement with studio social media platforms & studio specific postingsAny other duties as assigned
