As our brand manager, you’ll wear multiple hats in connecting marketing strategy with creative activation. You’ll oversee and manage workflows for our brand marketing team which includes creative, content strategy, web, PR, and social. You’ll lead KPI Dashboarding, build operational efficiency, and define brand standards for ZeroFox to effectively represent and promote our company’s vision. We are looking for someone who loves order, process optimization, collaboration, and brand storytelling. The candidate we’re looking for is self-motivated, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are an act fast, fail fast, learn fast team that looks at every project as an opportunity to innovate and grow market share.Role and responsibilitiesManage all inbound and outbound brand project requests for the brand, content, web, and creative teamsDevelop and optimize creative briefs and assign projects based on business priority and resource capacityContribute to strategic brand marketing decisions and support teammates in creating solutions that align with project goals and campaignsSet clear expectations with marketing teams, requesters, and key stakeholdersDeliver projects accurately and on timeManage weekly team workloads, run production sprints, and lead the marketing and campaign project lifecycleDevelop, maintain, and optimize monthly KPI reportingSolve for capacity challenges and keep up with requests from stakeholders by routing and managing projects in Monday.comManage internal and agency project workflowsLead weekly stand-ups, sprint cycles, and key stakeholder status updatesDefine and refine processes to increase team efficiency and capacityOrganize information, manage file structures, taxonomy, and naming conventionsRequired qualifications and skillsBS/BA in marketing, project management or a related field or equivalent experienceBrand or project management experience, typically obtained in 4-6 yearsExperience managing or other equivalent project management software, typically obtained in 2-4 yearsExperience managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a creative queue throughout the project lifecycle: intake, scheduling, delivery, optimizationMeticulous attention to detailExcellent presentation skillsAbility to self-actualize, build strategic plans, and execute flawlesslyProven ability to set up schedules, monitor project statuses, meet deadlines, and report project metrics to managementExperience building, maintaining, and presenting insights using KPI dashboardsProven ability to manage and optimize processes to streamline and improve workflows in an agile-inspired sprint cycleAbilities to build bridges, collaborate and effectively partner with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and product to move projects forwardDesired qualifications and skillsA clear understanding of how to build an engaging brand storyAbility to understand project requirements, proactively fill gaps in request documentation, and liaise between a requester and a creatorBenefitsCompetitive compensationCommunity-driven culture with employee eventsRegular catered lunches for in-office work; snacks, drinks available dailyGenerous time off Comprehensive health benefits & 401(k) planFun, modern workspace Respectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organizational cultureInterested?Ready to apply?
