Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose. **Job Description** Olsson is looking for a motivated mid-to-senior level structural engineer to join our bridge and roadway team in either Fayetteville or Little Rock, AR. Our bridge group works on a wide range of projects including bridge and retaining walls, dams, storm and traffic structures, inspections, rehabilitations, load ratings, and assisting with construction engineering services. We facilitate designs on transportation projects that include grade separations, interchanges, and stream crossings for public and private clients throughout the Midwest. You will be able to collaborate with roadway, traffic, geotechnical, and stormwater engineers on projects that make a positive impact in our community while simultaneously offering you the ability to grow and pick up a wide array of skills. You'll have opportunities to get involved with project management, marketing, proposals, client development, and mentoring technical staff. You'll manage projects from concept though construction making decisions on engineering problems and select the appropriate structural solutions that are cost-effective and constructible while working with a multi-disciplined team of engineers and technicians.
