Description

Accurately work with DPR's/Work Instructions Ability to make program offsets as needed Process pre-programmed setups as required to switch between jobs Ability to work with Mill, Broach and Deburr machines Ability to repeatedly load pieces into machines Ability to inspect parts and document non-conformance Change tooling as needed Ability to shovel/rake chips from machine beds into chip pans and ability to add oil to machine daily Works at different work stations as production needs require Support and sustain ISO procedures, Lean Manufacturing and 5-S efforts. Performs organizing and daily cleaning duties to ensure safe work area Other duties may be assigned in support of production needs

Requirements 

Ability to work any shift  High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Skills 

Prior experience in the set-up and operation of Mills/broaches/Drills Ability to read blueprints and shop orders Ability to use precision measuring instruments
