Responsibilities: + Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and product owners to understand business needs and requirements. + Document functional requirements and specifications to ensure clear communication and understanding among stakeholders. + Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Utilize Gerkin writing to articulate user stories and acceptance criteria effectively. + Utilize process flows to generate user stories and ensure alignment with business processes. + Support testing and quality assurance efforts by understanding and testing stories based on acceptance criteria written. + Work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance and support from senior team members when necessary. + Take detailed notes during meetings and discussions to capture key information accurately. + Other duties as assigned. Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree in IT, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, or a related field preferred + Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, with at least 5 years' experience in relevant software development environments. + Demonstrated experience defining and documenting business requirements for large, scalable enterprise application projects (preferably from the ground up). + Experience in Agile methodologies, including preferably contributing to: sprint planning, sprint grooming, review, demo, stand-up, and retrospective sessions. + Experience collaborating across all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles. + Proficiency writing articulate user stories and acceptance criteria effectively. + Experience in Salesforce is a plus + Experience in whiteboarding/workflow tools (such as Miro, Figma, Balsamiq, Visio, etc.) is a plus + Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus + Strong investigative, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills + Third-party candidates will not be considered. + Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
