Job Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your extensive experience to analyze, strategize, and optimize business operations within the customer. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, assessing key metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Duties:

Strategic Analysis:Review financial statements, KPIs, and other critical metrics to identify areas for improvement.Analyze current and proposed business operations, considering options for enhancement.Liaise between various groups and departments to facilitate effective communication.

Process Optimization:Devise solutions to operational challenges by assessing overall business effectiveness.Propose workflow improvements, process streamlining, and resource allocation strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that drive efficiency.

Data-Driven Insights:Gather, review, and analyze business data using software tools.Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements Gathering:Work closely with end-users to capture and document business requirements.Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Collaborate with development teams during solution implementation.

Change Management:Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes.Support the Company through change implementation, addressing user needs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
