Procurement Operations Business Analyst

Maintain data integrity between various source systems utilized throughout the end-to-end supplier lifecycleProduce an accurate inventory of third-party suppliers by reconciling data from several source systems used by Accounts Payable, Procurement and Third Party Risk ManagementEnsure data integrity between source systems on an ongoing basisCollaborate with key stakeholders to determine data output and reporting requirementsProactively identify metrics and reporting output that would validate data accuracyDevelop metrics that allow management to understand progress and items requiring attentionAs needed, prepare data extracts and professional presentations for internal stakeholders or external partiesSupport data requests from internal stakeholders, regulators, Compliance and Internal AuditCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external third parties to obtain information, as necessarySupport updating of internal governance documentation to ensure effective controls related to data integrity

Required Skills and Experience

Education – Bachelor’s Degree and 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Data Analysis or Reporting, Preferably Within the Financial Services IndustryTechnologically Adept – Microsoft Office and Other Technology SolutionsDetail Oriented – Quality Output Void of ErrorsResults Oriented – Able to Work Independently and Prioritize Critical TasksAnalytical and Presentation Skills – Expert Microsoft Excel, Other Data Analysis Tools and PowerPointCreative – Present Data in Manner to Highlight Key PointsStrong Communication Skills – Interpersonal, Presentation and WrittenAnalytical and Conceptual Thinking – Creative and StrategicChange Management – Resourceful and FlexibleIndustry Knowledge – Familiarity and Experience with Financial Services, Procurement and Third Party Risk ManagementCommunication – Strong Interpersonal, Presentation and Written Skills
