Job Title: Business Analyst Specialist

Job Description: Analyze user requirements and client business needs, create conceptual design, and write technical specifications for business requirements. Facilitate proposal development by providing technical solution write-ups and pricing estimates. Frequently apply in-depth Business Analysis knowledge to review and analyze systems problems and identify solutions. Proficient in use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis to create and modify requirements documents and design specifications for Medicaid Management Information System modules. Analyze the system configurations across Medicaid Management Information System modules and setup configuration data based on client business needs. Provide customer demonstrations in relation to processes and products.

Job Requirements: Job requires Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 6 years of experience in any job position involving working with Medicaid/Medicare applications. Position requires 6 years of experience with the following: Application development for MMIS modules: Claims, Prior Authorization, Provider Enrollment, Member Enrollment, Contracts Management, Reference, and Rate Settings. Position requires 5 years of experience with the following: Define and create use cases and user interfaces design specifications for MMIS modules; and, Experience with US healthcare claims processing and adjudication. Position requires 4 years of experience with the following: Design and create Wireframes/Prototypes via HTML to model MMIS application, business process workflows and user interfaces. Position requires 3 years of experience with the following: EDI Healthcare transactions –270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 834, 835, 837; and, Define and create requirements and gap traceability using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
