Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry Proven track records of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth Knowledge of railroad operations, transload terminals, and supply chain logistics Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events Self-motivated, results-orientated, and adaptable to changing market dynamics
