Business Development Manager Industry Solutions (Energy and Sustainability)

With strategic commercial responsibility, you will be working as Business Development Manager (m/w/d) and driving our Industry Solutions (Energy and Sustainability) business in Austria, Switzerland and Germany.In this role you will help develop the market for our innovative energy efficient products and seize sustainability opportunities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Supporting Sales Teams in the DACH region to find technical solutions for energy saving products Achieving sales targets including a personal budget and growth plans  Keeping an eye on the new trends and emerging customers in the industry applying strategic skills to develop new business Collaborating with sales and marketing team to share experiences and develop solutions Actively visit customers to promote assigned product lines, product portfolio, growth initiatives and services Participating in customer development activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences to promote sales of products, solutions and services

For This Role, You Will Need:

Postgraduate education or equivalent experience in engineering Proven sales / business development experience in a commercial role  Affinity towards technology, innovations, energy and sustainability Proficiency in English and German language Availability to travel up to 50% of time

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Experience within Process Automation or IT (Information Technology)

We offer an attractive compensation package that matches your qualifications and professional experience. The gross annual salary is based on the metal trade collective agreement (usage group IV). Depending on training and experience, overpayment is possible.
