Bespoke Careers, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in architecture, design, and engineering, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing New York team.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to secure new client partnerships within the architecture and design industry Represent Bespoke Careers at relevant networking events and architecture/design conferences Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at architecture, design, and engineering firms Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation/closure Manage the introduction of the Bespoke Careers account manager/consultant to new clients brought in Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities within CRM platform Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity Achieve and exceed established targets for new client acquisition
Qualifications: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels Major plus: in-depth understanding of the architecture and design industry, its key players, and current trends Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field Proven track record of exceeding targets and securing new client partnerships A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic A passion for architecture and interior design is a plus!
Benefits: Base Salary: $62,500 - 70,000 plus bonus and commissions 35 days PTO plus an additional day for each year of service 100% paid healthcare Dental and vision coverage Hybrid working arrangement and flexible working hours Summer Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day 401k plan Employee Assistance Program Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry Collaborative and supportive work environment
