As a Business Development Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in pool construction, HOA’s, and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, lives out our core values of Serving Others, being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.The perfect candidate has a Cold Call Hunter mentality.

 

Responsibilities

Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day.

On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-upsIn a variety of industries including Property Management, Builders, HOA’s, Pool contractors... etc.

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships

Educating on Great day’s value propositionsEnjoys working with people.Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improveEarning the trust with our customers and new customersWorking within a sales team and processDocumenting sales activities in our CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in betweenReporting accurately and weekly

Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities

Qualifications Sales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B-to-B salesTeam player who likes to have funGoal-oriented, self-starter, ambitious, and energeticAt least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales teamGeneral working knowledge of property and/or construction industryAdvanced level CRM Skillset for updating our systemExperience working in base + commission environment
