Job Summary

Our team is seeking a Business Developer who will Support our Consumer Devices group in Austin Texas.

What a typical day looks like:

Work within team to help Develop new strategic alliances with key customers within the Consumer Devices space.Analyze and understand customers business strategy, technology roadmap, future product plans, expansion activities and align Flex resources were mutually beneficial.Build and Present Value Propositions that define win-win solutions for Flex and potential customersDefine business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs to include initiating and managing business development activities that will strengthen, expand, and drive market penetration.Align with customer on key technology, innovation and supply chain initiatives and create unique value propositions with Flex design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilitiesAssist current accounts in the development and execution of product roadmaps and act as a focal point in delivering Flex’s solutions which include concept development, industrial design, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, services support and reverse logistics.Support and/or participate in management team negotiations on business matters.Work closely to collaborate with the team to manage each account for maximum operating profit and revenue growth and develop and communicate metrics for same to all levels of internal and external management.
