About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for City Wide Facility Solutions. Key Responsibilities + Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals + Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business + Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities + Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management Requirements + Previous experience in business development or sales - including phone sales + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Self-motivated and target-driven + Excellent time management and organizational skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred) Benefits $20 per hour + commissions with opportunity for advancement if desired.
