Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst for our Global Service and Support organization that has experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from a wide variety of sources. The Data Analyst will develop, own and update decision-support tools (reports and dashboards) to enable organization leaders to make data-driven decisions. Other job duties will include ad-hoc reporting, data modeling, participating in ongoing projects and programs and other support requested by the business.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a full suite of analysis tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, ThoughtSpot, and Salesforce. Additionally, the candidate will have experience distilling complex data into simple visuals. This position will highly leverage your experience in analytics, project management, cross-functional work environment, owning and distributing reports and communicating changes. The successful candidate will work in a cutting-edge technology environment; enjoy competitive salary and benefits while working in a position that has an immediate impact in a growing industry.
Basic Qualifications:
