Business Process Automation Specialist

You are eager to improve processes with automation to increase efficiency, and can easily grasp new software applications? At Juniper Networks, the Service Operations team drives process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and quality. We work with various user groups in the services organization and cover many different requirements, all with the focus to simplify daily work and reoccurring tasks.

Role and Expectations

Develop process automation, deploy and maintain automation solutions in production environment. Develop and maintain applications in various programming languages, e. g. Perl, PowerShell, Python and Shell scripting. Programming with APIs, e. g. REST and SOAP. Build automation with Microsoft 365, e. g. SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, PnP, PowerApps and Power Automate.

To drive process improvements and automation the candidate will need some or all the following skills:

Ability to work independently and remotely as well as in a team to accomplish goals. Experience in working with larger IT organizations and according ITIL framework. Soft skills.  Good English communicator, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of experience in the technology industry.

Has familiarity with these tools or potential to acquire:

Experience with SAP, Salesforce and OpenAir. Experience in creating reports and queries in Snowflake, SAP WebI/Business Objects and Salesforce reporting. Data Science methodologies and related software libraries and Data Visualization in Tableau. Apache2 webserver, PHP XML/XSLT and JSON. Administration of Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Servers.
