What you'll do:

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business partners, vendors, IT Product Owners, other Systems Analysts, implementation team, and IT Developers to define requirements and deliver effective business systems and solutions for applications. You will support applications implementation and upgrade, perform issue troubleshooting and drive resolution working with vendor, business partners, and other IT teams for Bank Operations systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support bank operations applications and their dependencies. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, supporting solutioning, installation, configuration, administration, designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining simple to complex applicationsSupport solution delivery lifecycle including detailing requirements, features, collaborating with IT developers, vendors, business teams, implementation team, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and supporting deployment effortsParticipate in the Change Management process for the applicationsManage assigned work through Tickets, Incidents and Project workDevelop Application Runbooks for the supported application familiesProviding front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.When needed, provide training to end users and/or other IT personnelReview current documentation for the applications and update as appropriateCollaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applicationsInvolved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience4+ years of experience in IT Minimum 2 years' experience in application support, professional services, and/or QA2+ years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurationsGood communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels)/external (to include vendors – Sales/Technology) Knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleGood understanding of Problem Management processesUnderstanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentationMS Azure and other cloud experience preferredFamiliar with networking conceptsFamiliar with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service Accounts

Other Requirements

Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processesExperience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
