The Payment Desk Admin job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for facilitating the payment desk, accepting and processing client insurance payments. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to respond and distribute incoming calls to respective departments, along with other tasks assigned. This is a full time position that is Monday-Friday.
Payment Desk Admin Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Payment processing experience
Ability to multitask
Comfortable using MS Office
Should be familiar with business operations at a corporate level
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Positive attitude in the workplace
Strong attention to detail
Required Skills:
1+ years payment processing experience
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years office experience
Payment Desk Admin Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Start Date: ASAP
