As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our carrier base to provide the most cost effective, high level service for our customers. 

CARRIER SALES REPRESENTATIVE
What the Job Entails:Develop relationships with new carriersManage relationships with current carriers to provide excellent service to our existing customersNegotiate competitive rates with carriers depending on current market ratesCommunicate load details and shipment parameters to carrier dispatch and drivers throughout the lifespan of the shipmentMonitor progress of shipments on a daily basis to ensure coverage, on-time performance and addressing any mid-transit issuesCommunicate load statuses, issues and concerns to sales representatives What We Are Looking For:No previous industry experience required!College degree preferredOut-going, sales mentalityStrong negotiation skills, attention to detail and accuracyTeam-oriented while being self-motivated and hardworkingHighly motivated to succeedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to remain persistent and positiveWhat We Offer:Robust industry with training and mentorshipFull Benefit options, including Medical (Dental & Vision)Life/AD&D Insurance, Long-term Disability401(k) matchingDynamic environment and can do cultureThis is a full-time permanent position: Monday to Friday.
