The Cashier Position in North Berwick is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued patrons while working in a clean and upbeat environment. Collaborate with a small, fun crew to create daily specials and build strong connections with our regular customers. Your versatile role will involve working in various areas, such as the prep kitchen, service area, and cashier stations, giving you exposure to different aspects of café operations. 
 

Cashier Job Duties: 

Welcome customers warmly and maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout their dining experience.

Efficiently process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues with professionalism.

Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including arranging merchandise displays and adhering to hygiene standards.

Assist in preparing food and beverages as needed, following established recipes and guidelines.

Cashier Qualifications: 

Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate café hours.

Cashier Details: 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19

Start Date: ASAP
