Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing Assisting the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing department Exercising discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions Working independently on player developmentDevoting majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests - identifying and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests Communicating constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast membersContacting guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events - issuing comps based on player ratings Hosting outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters Promoting casino marketing programs via telemarketing Following all safety rules Adhering to departmental quality standardsMaintaining compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements Working within the guidelines established by the company Other duties as assigned BRING US YOUR BEST.
