PURPOSE
Supports Fleet Product Directors in ensuring cost, availability, innovation, growth and quality according to target setting and category requirements per given market. Supports the execution of advanced strategies to ensure that cost, growth and quality targets are met on entire spend categories. This position typically works under supervision and direction from senior category analyst as well as category managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports fleet strategy by researching internal and external data and applying current market dynamics/intelligence. Collaborates with leadership, field management, and internal support functions to ensure alignment across the organization, and supports activities based on market changes. Solves both conceptual and analytical problems by developing and recommended solutions to issues. Works closely with fleet leaders in optimizing strategies and business needs by collaborating with business units/functional areas. Works closely with fleet leaders in developing specific strategic goals and KPIs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree, in business administration, supply chain, or related field. 3 years’ experience in analytics. MBA preferred

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, and analyze trends.
