A Commercial Driver uses heavy duty commercial class 8 vehicles for transporting business purposes. Our office is located at 5006 Lenker St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.

Job Description:

Safely transporting common commodities and bulk freight across the U.S.A using class 8 commercial vehicles.

CDL-A Drivers wanted for OTR, Regional and Dedicated positions.

2+ years experience required.

No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.

Hiring process will include applications, updated physicals unless yours is fairly new, driving records and background checks. Safety, road/backing evaluation, job references, emergency contacts. All information will be reviewed by DOT within 1 year or so.

Drivers Road service and maintenance:

You'll be able to call our toll free # and speak to road service and maintenance staff to get repairs scheduled and approved, hotels will be provided for you to wait for trucks also at times we'll send a new truck or send you to a new truck if necessary.

 

ELD: Electronic Logging Devices are mandated for trucks newer than 1998.

Teams are preferred but solo is also welcome.

Home time- Is at an average of 3-4 weeks out and 2-5 days home for OTR drivers.

 

Pay:

-30 cents per mile split: New grads, less than 6 months experience (Recent School Grads starting this spring)

-$800-$1,000 weekly per driver: 6+ months experience

-$1,200-$1,500 weekly per driver: 1+ year experience.

At 2 years experience we can lease to own trucks to get you over $1,800 a week.

Vacation pay will be $1,000 for 1 year complete and $2,000 after year 2 is complete and so on.

Benefits should be ready after 90 days running. 401k, Gold Savings account, etc.

 

 Back Office and staff:

Auntraport and or partners will provide transportation to our trucks, drivers may need to take truck to shop, get trailers, and other immediate tasks when first getting the truck. Then we will dispatch loads or send the driver on Tours with our customers.

A system is ready to connect fuel cards to trucks, GPS will track every truck and trailer, cash advances will be available.
