Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Home Health

The Mary T. Family of Companies has an immediate opening for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within our Home Health division based in COON RAPIDS, MN and serving clients in the surrounding area.

Minnesota CNA Certification Required.

 

The Position: The purpose of the CNA position is to provide personal cares, delegated nursing services, and light housekeeping services to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being. The CNA will provide personal care services, nurse-delegated tasks, and light housekeeping services as directed by the patient's RN Case Manager and their established plan of care. 

 

Schedule: Approximately 20-25 hours/week. Potential to increase to full-time hours in the future. CNAs will visit 2-4 clients in a typical work day.

 Requirements:

Minnesota CNA Certification required Must be 18 years of age or older The ability to pass a background check Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills
