Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor Responsibilities:

Full Technician Skill UtilizationWorking collaboratively with team members of all hospital servicesCoaching associates based on need to aid in their successSome regional travel requiredFacilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performanceProvide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plansSupport associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and schedulingMaintain skill efficiency and knowledgeHands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)Providing compassionate care for all patients

Potential Schedule: Flexible 40 hours

Compensation: $24 – 35 / hour dependent on skill set, experience, and licensure status
