Job Summary:
This role will work on a team of user advocates, leading organizational change management (OCM) efforts for technology and process improvement projects. This role is accountable for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to increase user adoption and minimize overall business risks. We are looking for a change consultant with the ability to define and execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for users and stakeholders while driving behavioral and mindset shifts. Critical for this role is the ability to lead projects, build relationships, apply critical thinking, and take the initiative to drive results. As a successful change consultant, you will use influence and innovation to maximize adoption and ensure a positive change experience.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, required; major in Organization Change Management, preferredExperience:
Four (4) or more years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning Solutions, Talent Strategies, Communications and Training Design and Development, User Enablement, or equivalent human capital consulting role, required Three (3) or more years of consulting experienced in Technology Implementation, Communications and/or Training Design and Development, User Enablement, or equivalent, required Three (3) or more years of experience setting direction, developing, and leading projects while developing strategies that improve user adoption and manage end user expectations, requiredLicense(s)/Certification(s):
Certification with Prosci ADKAR® Model or similar framework, preferredSoftware:
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required Experience implementing Office 365 (M365), Data Analytics, Custom Applications, CRM, or ERP, preferred Experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud or other video creation/editing tool, preferredLanguage:
