The Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts and meeting customer’s needs and requirements within his/her designated book of business. The incumbent is the primary business contact and is responsible for strengthening relationships with the clients. In addition, the Account Manager will support LifeCare’s sales efforts within his/her book of business by “up-selling” new services to clients. Primary responsibility is to provide value added business solutions while maintaining and managing overall client relationships.
What You'll Do:
Create and execute strategic account management solutions with assigned book of business. Understand the client intricacies, operation and nuances in order to provide effective management support. Work with clients to identify needs and goals. Utilize independent judgment and decision making ability to provide customized solutions to meet their business needs thus increasing customer loyalty and growth of LifeCare’s products and services. Build confidence and rapport with clients through professional interaction with contacts over the phone and in person. Meet annual sales and client retention goals. Responsible for handling and fulfilling all client requests as contractually agreed upon including but not limited to program promotions, seminars, health fairs and client reporting. Remain informed on new products and services offered by LifeCare as well as competitor product offerings. Prepare and assemble materials for client pitch presentations and meetings. And any and all responsibilities as assigned by management.Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree required 3- 5 years of account management or relevant experience. Background in managing corporate work/life program or familiar working knowledge of the work/life industry a plus. Demonstrated experience in building long-term customer relationships. Self-starter and independent thinker. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required. Proven background managing multiple assignments effectively and timely. Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills are essential. Expertise in consultative account management and sales. High energy, high capacity, positive and a quick learner. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000.
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
