Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for a Civil Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer to join our Woodlands, TX office.

As a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of civil engineering tasks, supervise team members, manage projects, and collaborate with team members. You will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship, camaraderie, and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions. 

 

Our Energy team works on projects including:

Pipeline DesignSolar site DesignNatural Gas Metering and Regulation StationsPipeline Integrity ManagementNatural Gas Compressor StationsControl Design and IntegrationClient Management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 3 years of applicable work experience strongly preferredProfessional Engineer, or ability to obtainExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlinesDetail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and/or GIS
