Client Service Representative Role Requirements

1+ years customer service experience required Veterinary hospital experience a plus An employee in this position must have a sense of caring for animals and their owners Professional communication skills

Veterinary Assistant Responsibilities

 

Assist with checking in clients/patients Answering phones Replying to client emails Relaying medical information to clients Generally assisting with the day-to-day operation of the hospital Communicating client concerns with the medical staff The base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role and level of responsibilities. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and additional factors such as relevant education or training. Position eligible for a periodic bonus Position eligible for shift stipend
