**Alaant Workforce Solutions is proud to partner with a leading innovator in ultrawideband RF military antennas to hire a Client Relations & Service Coordinator! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating service activities within our machine fabrication shop. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.**
**Hours and Benefits for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator:**
+ Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
+ $21.00-$24.00 an hour depending on experience

**Responsibilities for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator:**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquires and ensuring exceptional service delivery
+ Coordinate service requests, including scheduling maintenance
+ Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely and efficient resolution of client issues and concerns
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service history, and relevant documentation
+ Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
+ Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing invoicing
**Requirements for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Previous experience in client relations, customer service or related roles within the manufacturing or fabrication industry
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
