Job Summary

The Client Strategy Consultant is a client-facing leadership position whose primary role is to support, nurture, and build RRD’s partnership with our clients exploring new opportunities to deliver value by leveraging RRD's IT, Automation, and AI capabilities. This position will also guide RRD’s positioning in the market as a strategic BI transformation partner with the ability to effectively support organizations in their BI journey.

Responsibilities

Leadership, oversight, and management of current engagement with clients, ensuring current engagement strength is retained and improved.Explore new opportunities with our clients to deliver value by leveraging IT, Automation, and AI capabilities.Execute/engage on specific client initiatives/projects when the need arises within the traditional BI space as well as expand into other business segments not currently supportedCollaborate with internal teams, providing thought leadership and guidance to enhance the quality of contribution to our clients.Understand key technology needs of our clients and work with other leaders to ensure internal training/development/recruitment is in place to enhance team capability and capacity.Work closely with RRD’s project Teams to provide both individual and Team level feedback to ensure superior service delivery.Thought LeadershipDrive initiatives as it relates to being a strategic BI partner to organizationsWork to build competencies and capabilities within the organization to deliver against this initiativeParticipate in BI-specific events as a Speaker or Panelist and strengthen the organization’s position in the BI spaceHelp create/curate market-facing material (whitepapers, case studies, articles), and collaborate with peer rating firms to strengthen the organization’s position in the BI marketplaceWill collaborate with the Team to help create and execute a strategy to deliver against this goal.Guide and make recommendations on building capabilities to better service the ecosystemEstablish connection routines with stakeholders in the ecosystem, allowing the organization to understand long-term needsSupport project teams in the overall service delivery process.

 

 

Qualifications

Skills and Certifications

Design a successful forward-looking data and analytics architecture that supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence across diverse ERP platformsExperience utilizing SAP, Snowflake, and Azure.Ability to strategically develop data warehousing solutionsDirect the development and integration of custom software solutions that complement ERP implementations and BI initiativeExperience in driving forward organizational change, guiding the organization through significant technology transitions, digital transformation initiatives, and the adoption of a data-centric business model.Extensive experience in leading ERP transitionsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 15 years in technology leadership roles, with at least 10 years focused on ERP systems, data strategy, and business intelligence with a proven track record of success in a global enterprise environment.

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $xxx.xx - $xxx.xx. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
