Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office operations, including scheduling, billing, and electronic health record systemsSupervise assigned staff, providing performance coaching, evaluations, and guidanceMonitor provider schedules, no-shows, and cancellations, ensuring efficient workflowsConduct billing audits and coordinate with the billing department for timely processingMaintain positive relationships with referral sources, clients, and co-workersFacilitate education and awareness of policies, procedures, and informational materialsParticipate in strategic planning, identifying staffing needs and growth opportunitiesSupport leadership in interviewing, hiring, training, and personnel managementAssist with identifying new funding sources and service expansion opportunitiesPerform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in business management, administration, health management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university

OR

High School education and four (4) years of experience in healthcare management

Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglectExtensive knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations of the assigned programAdvanced computer skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and motivate a team environment
