Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Health and Well-being, the Clinical Operations Manager contributes to age appropriate and culturally sensitive healthcare administrative and operations for students in an inclusive, collaborative, and integrated Center for Health and Wellness. The Operations Manager provides support, structure, and compliance monitoring to the Center’s units at the department level and focuses on solutions, strategies, and initiatives that have cross-unit utility. The Operations Manager provides direct administrative support to both the Associate Vice President for Student Health and the Well-being and Health and Wellness Education office
This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $22.89 to $28.61 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:
Plan and execute departmental events including meetings, trainings, professional development series, and outreach to integrate the Center offices within the campus communities Provide administrative leadership for the Center by building and maintaining relationships with the Schools and Programs, and the Institute related to direct service provision, telehealth coordination and education, and requests for consultation and trainings Provide strategic budget management including grant and gift fund oversight Serve as an electronic health record superuser, internal trainer, and troubleshooting resource including setting and executing a regular cadence for unit and departmental reporting to track departmental compliance, student engagement, student health outcomes, quality assurance, and quality improvement metrics based on established key performance indicators and dashboard formats Manage and predicts annual processes including budget projections, capital expense requests, new student onboarding, service line updates, Board of Trustees meetings, and other internal projects that enhance the student experience, patient care, and effectively communicate resources and changes to the community Assist with major cross-discipline or cross-unit projects or programs with significant impact across the Center or within Student Affairs Provide administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Student Health and Well-being and Health and Wellness Education staff including calendaring, website maintenance, budget management, committee work, project management, and student worker supervision as assigned. Communicate and collaborate effectively with students, Center staff, cross-department colleagues, and community providers via timely and professional responses to wide range of inquiries and requests
