Help define and drive growth strategies for Oracle accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction in their territory. Understand customer needs and develop solutions to address them. Inform customers about Oracle emerging technologies. Present Oracle's technology and demonstrate familiarity with infrastructure, security, and integration capabilities. Serve as customer SPOC for Technology Cloud engineering. Lead and assemble virtual cloud engineering teams to position the value of Oracle's technology and meet customer expectations. Collaborate with Domain Specialist Engineers, Solution Architects, adoption specialists, and other Oracle teams to support solution building, preparation, presentation, and delivery.
