What We Offer: Pay of $22 - $25 based on experience 10% shift differential Second Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Voluntary Overtime Paid Breaks Paid Lunch PPE Provided Health Benefits 401K 401K Matching Opportunity for Advancement Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Direct-Hire Opportunity What We’re Looking For: Proven experience operating CNC LATHE, MILL, and/or MULTI-AXIS MACHINING CENTERS Familiarity with aerospace, energy, or heavy industry manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files Strong knowledge of CNC programming, including G-code and CAM software High attention to detail and dedication to precision craftsmanship Team-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist: Operate CNC machines to produce gas turbine components to exact specifications Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Program, set up, and monitor CNC equipment to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with tight tolerances and quality standards Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and productivity Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards
