A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction inthe context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with
designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties formaintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.
Duties include but are not limited to:
\n\nNotify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person andelectronically.\nRespond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity ofcomplaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.\nInvestigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.\nSchedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieveminimum property standards.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required;Associates Degree Preferred.\n0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-PK1
